I have simplified a sometimes complex recipe for those like me who can have a hard time finding some of the original ingredients. Bahan Sup Tom Yum

  1. Diperlukan 1/4 of cumi-cumi.
  2. Siapkan 1 buah of wortel (potong-potong).
  3. Dibutuhkan 4 sendok makan of jamur 🍄.
  4. Sediakan 10 biji of bakso ikan.
  5. Dibutuhkan 2 sendok makan of pasta tum yum.
  6. Dibutuhkan 1 batang of serai Digeprek.
  7. Dibutuhkan 4 buah of cabe rawit (utuhkan).
  8. Siapkan 5 lembar of daun jeruk.
  9. Siapkan 1 cm of lengkuas digeprek.
  10. Sediakan 1 of jeruk nipis (untuk hilangkan bau amis cumi).
  11. Diperlukan 1 sendok makan of minyak goreng.
  12. Sediakan 400 ml of air matang.

Tom yum is one of the most famous Asian soups in the world. There are many different methods to make tom yum soup. I made this recipe as simplest as possible. I've used the store bought tom yum paste and Thai chilli oil paste.

Langkah-langkah membuat Sup Tom Yum

  1. Bersihkan cumi dan potong-potong, siapkan wortel,bakso ikan, jamur dan bumbu pasta..
  2. Oseng dahulu wortel dengan minyak goreng sampe layu, kmdn masukkan bakso ikan dan bahan lainnya, beri air matang dan larutkan pasta tum yum. Termasuk bumbu Cemplung lainnya serai, lengkuas, cabe dan daun jeruk. Tunggu hingga mendidih dan cek bahan-bahan telah matang. Untuk tunggu hingga masak ga tlalu lama yaa..hanya sekitar 7-10 menit dah matang.
