  5. Gunakan 1 lembar of daun kunyit.
  6. Sediakan 1 batang of serai.
  7. Sediakan 4 sdt of garam atau sesuai selera.
  8. Dibutuhkan of Bumbu halus:.
  9. Dibutuhkan 9 siung of bawang merah.
  10. Dibutuhkan 7 siung of bawang putih.
  11. Diperlukan 1 ruas jari of jahe (3cm).
  12. Sediakan 1 ruas jari of lengkuas (3cm).
  13. Siapkan 1 sdt of ketumbar.
  14. Dibutuhkan 1/4 butir of buah pala.
  15. Diperlukan 1 sdt of bumbu kambing (optional).
